Auntie sends Newman on his way...

Last Wednesday Liz and Wanita went to the airport to see Newman off for a little while. Newman dreams of Middle Cove (or is it his mama!) and getting back to the cools breezs and fresh air!

It's true what they say about Newfoundland Dog's... or at least it's true for Newman. He loves boats!! Here's us on our first ride together.

Newman meets his new neighbors...

Two doors down lives a couple of lovely kids. Newman has been spying on them from the back yard, getting very excited to see them everytime they go out to play in their own backyard. Yesterday morning Renee took Newman out on the street to meet them. We'll find out their names next meeting!

So we're in Toronto for an extended vacation from Newfoundland. It's camp away . That's what we're being told, and telling ourselves. To adjust we went to Granny and Poppy's cottage last weekend. Some friends came too. Here's Newman, Blarney and Kathy on Newman's first fishing trip. He loves the boat and sat up front the whole time.
