I had to capture this moment for the blog -- Newman is having a nap in the living room and his ear is flapped out under the door. The cat spent a few moments pawing at Newman's ear until she realized it was him. He, on the other hand, did not stir.
What a way to end the year! On December 31, 2005, a bunch of Newfoundland dogs and a handful of other lovely canines went for a walk in some fields in Flatrock. Here are a few pictures of the event.
