Sunday May 14th, Mom's Day

To celebrate, Newman and I went to the Newfoundland Dog and Labrador Dog Parade around Quidi Vidi Lake. There were 35 Newfoundland Dog's in attendance plus a whole lot more lovely creatures. Gerry and Newman are here for a quick pose! Then there's Collin and Geovanni. Geo pulled that cart all around the lake with a lovely little 3 year old boy inside. Finally...... the hit of the day.... Mikey!!! Mike and Newman are here with Quidi Vidi in the backdrop. Mike brought Newman moose meat for a treat! Hence, "hit of the day"!

Broad Cove

Last weekend Newman and I went to Broad Cove to visit Wanda, Dana and Matty. We had a great time. Matty was a little freaked out by Newman - big dog syndrome - but they worked it out, with Newman learning a little bit more respect towards his elders. Here's a taste of the view... it's an extraordinarily beautiful place.
